Please note that guests who bring children under 16 years old have to book a whole dorm or a private room.

Please note there is a disabled access and a lift at the rear end of the building. Quadruple rooms are wheelchair accessible.
Failure to return the key card on check out will incur a EUR 2 fee, charged to the card provided.
If the booking name is different to the name on the payment card, the hostel may request a copy of the photo ID or card.
Please note that cash payments are not accepted at the property.
At Clink Noord guests will only be able to access their room from 4pm. A luggage room is available for guest use if they arrive earlier than 4pm. Check out time is 10am.
Guests are advised that all dormitories are mixed, unless a female dormitory is booked.
The hostel cannot guarantee that guests travelling together will be placed in the same room when booking a bed in a dorm room. Guests are advised to book a private or whole room to guarantee this.
Please note there are no parking spaces directly at the hostel. Surcharge parking is available nearby.
If the total value of a single booking is greater than or equal to €1,000.00, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your booking regardless of the rate type selected

Is it quiet at night?
If you have any noise issues at night, please notify our reception team of the situation and they will be able to assist. Alternatively you can request a free pair of earplugs at reception!
Is the ferry crossing the river going to Central Station free of charge? any terms & condition?
The ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to the North side of the river runs for free, it runs 24 hours a day, every 5 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes during the night.

Do you offer any place to be able to smoke? Like a smoking area outside?
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside of ClinkNOORD, however we do have a designated smoking area outside at the front of the hostel.

Hello there! Yes, we do! See Amsterdam’s amazing sights and meet new friends! Meet up at Reception at 10.25am. Look for the red umbrella! No pre-book needed, just show up. Our 2½-hour walking tour covers the main sights of the inner city.
Are sheets and towels included?
We provide all bedding so you do not need to bring any with you. Towels are included for free ONLY in private rooms. If you have booked a shared dormitory you can rent a towel on your arrival for: €3.00 in ClinkNOORD

Do I need a lock for the lockers?
Each bunk bed (in dorm rooms) have a personal locker for small valuables and medium lockers for larger items. For larger luggage, there are lockers located throughout the buildings which you can use for free. (Locker Sizes Available - Small: 30 cm x 30 c
Hi it’s says 10 bed girls en-suite, but I’m a man, can I still rent it out??
Unfortunately you will not be able to rent a bed in a women only dorm. These dorms are created specifically to give women a safe space so should you rent it out, even if you arrive you will not be allowed to check in if you are a man.

Hi, Unfortunately, due to high volume of guests staying at ClinkNoord, we cannot offer bicycle storage at the moment. There is a space outside where you can lock them, so maybe that would be an option for you. Clink Team
