Failure to return the key card on check out will incur a EUR 2 fee, charged to the card provided.

At Clink Noord guests will only be able to access their room from 4pm. A luggage room is available for guest use if they arrive earlier than 4pm. Check out time is 10am.
Guests are advised that all dormitories are mixed, unless a female dormitory is booked.
The hostel cannot guarantee that guests travelling together will be placed in the same room when booking a bed in a dorm room. Guests are advised to book a private or whole room to guarantee this.
Please note there are no parking spaces directly at the hostel. Surcharge parking is available nearby.

Is the ferry crossing the river going to Central Station free of charge? any terms & condition?
The ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to the North side of the river runs for free, it runs 24 hours a day, every 5 minutes during the day and every 15 minutes during the night.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside of ClinkNOORD, however we do have a designated smoking area outside at the front of the hostel.

Are sheets and towels included?

Do I need a lock for the lockers?

Hi it’s says 10 bed girls en-suite, but I’m a man, can I still rent it out??
Unfortunately you will not be able to rent a bed in a women only dorm. These dorms are created specifically to give women a safe space so should you rent it out, even if you arrive you will not be allowed to check in if you are a man.

Hi, Unfortunately, due to high volume of guests staying at ClinkNoord, we cannot offer bicycle storage at the moment. There is a space outside where you can lock them, so maybe that would be an option for you. Clink Team
